With a Bachelor's degree in Event & Project Management and an Academic Master's in Organization & Management, Eva combines strategic insight with strong organizational skills. She fulfills a dual role as Project Manager and HR Manager, coordinating projects from A to Z while also being responsible for HR policy.

With a Master’s in Social and Cultural Anthropology (KU Leuven) and a Bachelor’s in Interior Design (Thomas More), Lotte combines a broad cultural perspective with a strong sense of space and design. She complements this with a background in marketing, communication, and brand management.

Inge has 35 years of experience in the production of theatre and film sets. She specializes in decorative painting techniques, ranging from wood and marble imitations to trompe-l'œil.

After completing his Bachelor’s in Interior Design, Thomas immediately joined the Solution team. He seamlessly combines highly precise technical drawing with hands-on execution. His strong expertise in product development enables him to deliver innovative and functional solutions in every project.

Workshop production lead.
Tristan leads production in the workshop at Solution. He has 9 years of experience in crafting wooden structures and furniture, with a strong focus on craftsmanship and attention to detail. By maintaining structure and clear organization, he oversees production, manages planning, and ensures the quality of the delivered work.

Karlien serves as the link between design and execution in the workshop. She translates concepts and designs into clear technical drawings and ensures that production runs smoothly and in a structured way.
